Ode to some Fast food chinese food:

Self destruction abounds,
evil torn asunder into chunks of sweet, spicy, barbecued doom.

You make me sick.

A Manual--- Wait... an explanation... well something to explain this blog a bit.

To the left what you'll find,
is a group of poems. Of varying sorts and kinds.
Some breaking all the rules of poem-dom.
There are rules of writing poems. Aren't there? Hmmm...
Anyway the point here is what you'll see below,
are poems about foods I ate.
It is not a random collection of foods, a collection left agape,
about my battle grand with my weight and its swords
in the medical and epicurean sense of the words.
In a way, this chronicles my battle to eat well,
to put it in a nutshell.
Ain't that swell?
